How to get back on track when you haven't evangelised in a while

Hi, so I hadn't evangelised in over two weeks except one time to a girl in my area, and then after the 2 weeks I spoke to another person.

Both listened quite keenly actually. Very awesome stuff. But then, evangelising only twice in THREE weeks, is wayyy below par. That is BAD.

If you have such standards where you think that's okay, it's not. Change it.

Evangelism must be consistent of at least twice a week.

Why twice? Because, in order to sustain the fire, the passion, the body needs to do something regularly. Your mind needs to be engaged in evangelism in order to actually see it as a priority. 

I've come to realize that.

Have you noticed that it's just by missing that one day of evangelism, that your fire usually goes down? You just find it hard to speak to people again, suddenly you're struggling once again with boldness issues (WHICH YOU THOUGHT YOU'VE CONQUERED), or, the one which is even worse:

You've lost your passion. You suddenly don't care as much about souls anymore. You lose the reality of Hell, you're suddenly not as motivated to evangelise. You're suddenly more conscious of your time, your energy, the stress, your desires, all these things start to distract you and seem more important to you.

Evangelism is no longer a priority, 

You have become

apathetic.

It is a very dangerous place to be in.

Because you can be there for MONTHS.

You could just be there, some weeks ago, you were BURNINGGGG 🔥🔥, then now all of a sudden, you who were burning so much,

You have become a shadow of yourself. You can't even recognize you.

You have become lackadaisical.

If you are in this situation right now, STAND UP!!!!

REPENT!! AND GO AND PREACH!!!

Let me just remind you right now:

People, are going to Hell.

Let me remind you again,

PEOPLE. ARE. GOING. TO. HELL!

Let me remind you one last time,

PEOPLE.

ARE.

GOING.

TO.

HELL.

And they NEED to hear the Gospel.

So,

WHY AREN'T YOU PREACHING??!!!

WILL YOU STAND UP FROM WHEREVER YOU'RE SITTING RIGHT NOW AND GO AND PREACH??!!

If it's currently late and you can't do so, right now, make plans to do so TOMORROW!!!

Take Active steps. Make ACTUAL plans.

Don't just say, "I'll do it, I'll do it.

I'll do it this time."

NO!

Make a conscious decision, a conscious effort. Give a time to it, talk about the number of people you will preach to, listen to a sermon that will stir you up, and pray about it.

WELL.

And I mean, Wellll

Pray so hard your selfishness will not be able to escape it.

That's the kind of prayer that will change you.

And then you'll make confessions, declare over yourself,

"I am not selfish. I evangelise, I evangelise.

My nature is Christ, my nature is obedience, my nature is selfless, I am selfless, it is my nature to be selfless, I cannot be selfish, I preach the gospel, I preach the gospel, I am bold, I preach the Gospel.

Do this over and over again. Do it as you move, do it as you pray.

And DON'T LET ANYTHING DISTRACT YOU.

Because this evangelism is necessary for us to do, unless people will perish in an Eternal suffering.

Hell, FIRE.

You need to preach. So get up and do so. Make sure you do it, and effectively.
